Gin Pole Assembly:

- install tower plate on gin pole
- verify tower hanger faces bottom of gin pole
- untie white rope from ladder hook/carabiner
- pass through chained tower pulley
- pass through gin pole cup
- pass through gin pole (in bottom)
- verify rope rounds gin pole pulley
- tie rope back onto ladder hook/carabiner
- duct tape gin pole cup to gin pole (tape in right pocket)
- get out ascenders for ground crew use
