As I got near the site I got a picture of the tower from a distance. Just then, two eagles appeared on the road
in front of me, I assume a parent and a juvenile. The parent (bald) took off before I could get a picture, but
I got a few pics of the juvenile on the ground and in the air. The neighbor's ham antenna came into view just
as I was approaching the entrance.

Weather was cooler and wind was variable but strong, so no risking heat stroke today. We had more things to do
than time so had to consider our next steps as the day progressed. I arrived at about 9:10am, and the ground
crew were waiting for me. (again delayed by fussy alternator plus the ongoing construction on HWY 14)
