Google Maps and GPS did a good job of finding the location, although Google Street View avoided this area and
was only available up to about a mile in every direction as though they were deliberately avoiding it.

The ground crew made it there before I did (thanks in part to a bit of car trouble) and had already set up
camp when I arrived. It looks like quite a bit of work has already been done in the shack, in addition to the
small window AC unit in the shack providing refuge from the heat.

They had also cleared away the base of the tower, exposing the "ladder rungs" on the North side of the tower.
This tower doesn't currently have a "safety cable" on it, though a reel has been purchased. (I think they still
need to get mounting hardware, for the bottom, the top, and periodically up the tower) The tower could use a
fresh coat of paint, but is in otherwise excellent condition, including the guy wires, so I don't have any
concerns with climbing it.
